This post is number 188 associated with the September 2007 issue -- the record is 201. (Too bad a bunch were me and Mark Edgemon having a spat, but hey, a post is a post. (And sometimes a tunnel is just a tunnel, and a cigar is just a smoke.))

...I just noticed that there was actually a month with over 300 posts. I wonder what we were fighting about back then... So we can't beat that this month. But 200 is almost certainly achievable (in fact, this one might do it).
No -- dammit, just checked, this is #199.
August 2004 had 304 posts in the August folder (I'm not counting Administrivia posts). December 2004 has 201.
