Aphelion

This story was this author's first published story, and I'm sure he'd love some input on how well it read. As I had other discussions with him, I'd rather see others comment on how it went. I liked the main character's slow slide into what seems like madness, but it's actually the opposite. He was delusional and by the end we see reality--just before his own end.

BTW, this was also the first ever snail-mail submission I've received (made through special arrangement... don't try it yourself).
