Hmm, echoes of Fahrenheit 451, perhaps? Bad pun, no extra charge ... commuter train as health spa. That reminded me of someone's real-life idea of setting up health spas where the exercise equipment generated electricity for the grid (hopefully at a reduced membership fee).

I wouldn't want to live in a world like that, but the lawyers must be enjoying themselves a lot.
