An interesting intro with some philosophical thoughts given. I’m not sure if I understand the story, but it seems the Maureen became a host that transported a spore that would make mankind better. The spore would unit mankind or connect each with the other similar to the Borgs on Star Trek, I think. I’m really not sure about this one, but the writing was good.
