REALLY? As long as I've been alive and as the USA is concerned, its always been at war (internally and otherwise). My mother-in-law states the same about Old Japan, always at war with all the young men swept up to the front lines to die.
The human ape, its mouth agape, nods its collective heads at the stupidity spouted from the want-to-be leaders and off to war we go again.
