Hm. I might have mis-worded my post.

I just meant that out of any month, certain events are artificially extended for ideology reasons outside of the actual damage result. It doesn't matter what month they show up in.

Yeah, that whole July 4th thing has been done to death ... although the British seem to have (mostly) gotten over it. Now Bastille Day -- there's something worth remembering. ::)
