The silly part is that they put him in chains... totally ineffective if he was (a) Magneto (from "X-Men"), (b) a psychokinetic adept ("X-Men" and various other universes), (c) a Scanner (from David Cronenberg's "Scanners"), etc., etc. What they SHOULD have done is wrapped his head in aluminum foil.
