I thought that was Keith Richards . . .
I was raised by humans. What's your excuse?

Congrats again, Rick! Another trophy for your virtual sub-zero display case.
Here are my comments, with the overall scores:
Carmella
Beautiful plot; I gave it a ten. Ten also for the challenge.
Score 50
The Write-off
Some nice humor in this one. I loved the line, 'Elves are not thieves, we just borrow things forever.' and, ' . . . there are not many things humans can do that elves can’t to better…”
“How about nationalized health care…”
“Thanks for proving my point."
Score 47
Brother Muro
I guess this is in the 'invent your own' category, but I found it a little confusing. Evidently, Muro becomes a were-rat or is some kind of shape-shifter on Halloween. Okay.
Score 33
The Annual Trouble with the Christmas Tree
Learning to say that magic word could be pretty difficult, but I'd do it if I thought it would work against people making junk phone calls to my number.
Cute story. The end turned out well, I guess, except I have to wonder if the kids missed the voices; they seemed to like the enchantment.
Nice plot with an unexpected resolution.
Score 46
