I'd say "hairless ape", but it's been used before. (The Beverly Hillbillies variant was "shaved ape", used by a would-be mugger to describe Jethro, and later Jed.)

We could also use something like "piebald biped" (referring to the fact that most humans have rather patchy "fur")...

Mmm, sorry, Robert, but "piebald" refers to a color scheme, and the one referred to doesn't necessarily have to be furred.
