Aphelion

I hate to admit it, but I didn't get past the second paragraph. I'm a strong believer in that as writers, we get 200 words to set the hook. Nothing personal, but I swam away without biting. There were just too darn many stories to pick from this issue and too many days I worked 12 hours to be any more patient.

Perhaps this story may not have been for me.
