The dressing-room scenes were just too confusing . . . how many people were in there?
The high point of it for me was when Leah/Juliet blasted her leading man in the chops.
Just an aside, but that reminded me of a clip from a Carol Burnette show . . . two women on stage, doing a live routine in front of an audience. One of them was supposed to punch the other as part of the skit, but instead of a fake stage punch, the swing accidentally connected -- perfectly -- and the one on the receiving end went ass-over-tincup.
Anyway, this is a likable story; it just needs to be easier to follow.
