Man, you kick for just a minute and wind up in a soap opera . . . that really sucks. I'm glad I don't watch that stuff.
Characterization was a bit unsteady, and everyone used each other's names and job titles too much in conversation. I don't think they even do that in the soaps anymore.
Really, though, I was in the hospital for appendicitis last year; dosed up on morphine a lot for a while, so I know what it might be like to confuse a TV show with reality under those conditions.
I didn't watch too much TV then, but I did see the wallpaper pattern moving. I hate hallucinations.
