Today was interesting. Inspiration comes from interesting days.

He finally succeeded by blowing his head off. Guess after six 'known' attempts the seventh was the perfectly successful one as the a result of all the practice.

And to the man talking to me about the man I worked for today, his mind was full of deceit and treachery while smiling and 'acting' sincere...

This species that 'dominates' this planet is a wonderful exercise in inspiration indeed...

WOW! (wow is a wonderful word and today the caps are indeed... needed)

At the moment the stars are running at full speed, the Wind is frisky and listening (rare) but most importantly, today was very inspirational as Veterans Day is a day here in the U.S.of A.

Today, I poured 11 yards of concrete for a slab. Don, a fellow Marine, helped out on short notice and did not want pay. (i'll buy him a bottle of Jack as that is proper etiquette) Marines stick together even if they never served together.

Teri W. is another fellow Marine who I can ignore for months just as he ignores me and then we call each other and talk for hours, as if no time had passed.

Joe, a fellow Coastie is one who helped me drive two Army trucks, one pulling the other as the transmission puked.

It is fellow military friends and strangers that give me great inspiration and 'hope' for making living in this shit-hole world a little more tolerable.

Sp[-so} a big
fucking, Oohrah! to those who served and thanks for those now serving

Do the pictures speak or does the language paint the words?

Hard to tell the difference as above the letters the scenes are... dramatic.

Thus abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz... (and endless combinations in 'between' are... inspirational)

"That last one was mean..."

How so parasite? Did it offend you?

"Me? Ha! Nothing offends me. I'm the one that's supposed to be offensive, remember?"

I try to forget, but you did inspire by your opening remark. Writing with the intent of being harmful or offensive. Obvious in so much literature but what's not obvious is how one person writes from the heart with the intention of 'good', while others reading decide it should be banned as it is cruel and heartless.

"Like me? I'm cruel and heartless, though I do have a rather large spleen."

Go drink some battery acid parasite. That'll tune up your spleen.

"Okay"

Definitely not inspired by recent news..."Men have periods and babies," or "Christmas tree's offend me," or, (and especially) "Politics..."

But today, inspired by finding a wonderful stone almost razor sharp and shaped perfectly into a head of a broad ax. And, from watching the tracks left by the dual wheels of the truck hauling an excavator.

Which one? Of course, both.

Hey parasite, are you hibernating?

"ZZZZzzzz ZZZZZZzzzzz... snark, snort, burp... Wha... Is that you moron?"

Yeah. I asked, are you hibernating?

"Hell no. Bears and ground rats hibernate. I'm just digesting some tree's I just ate over in the Amazon."

You eat trees?

"Sure. You eat hotdogs filled with pieces of pig dick and drink chemical diet soda don't you?"

Touche parasite. Enjoy digesting your tree. I suggest maybe nibbling on a redwood.

"They suck. Sure, they grow tall and huge but hardwoods from the Amazon are tops."

Whatever.

Crackling vegetation, snapping twig, and a view of blurry maze

Covered in mud and profanity

Up to the knees with only the eyes and ears clean

Why are you rolling around naked in the snow parasite?

"Whee! Whee! Wheeee... (splat) What did you say shithead?" the parasite replied while reattaching on of its appendages that came loose after colliding with one of the corgi's while sliding down the snow covered hill.

You're smiling, naked, and literally falling apart while playing in the new snow. What gives?

"I love snow! Even yellow snow and especially purple snow."

You're a sick individual parasite. But, have fun.

Used to watch the tourists in Glacier National Park feed bears along the highway and take pictures of their children feeding the bears. Also watched the grizzlies eating at the dump at the same park. It was an 'attraction' for hikers to watch.

One day, years ago, while I was at Granite Park Chalet, at night, a woman was killed and eaten and her companion severely wounded by the same bear. What made it interesting was another woman on the other side of the park was killed the same night by another bear.

There was a book written about it called, Night of the Grizzlies. I remember that night, very, very, well... Sad about the killings but great comedy as my mom screamed when mice were crawling around in her bed. Because of the mice though, (keeping her awake) she was the one who heard the woman scream while being eaten, and thus having my sister wake up the ranger, and then a search party was initiated.

Bears are... inspirational.

So, what are you thankful for parasite?

"Dolphins!"

Well, yeah, I know you are fond of dolphins... But what else are you thankful for?

(The blob known as the parasite, wiggled a bit as it concentrated on the question. Finally it answered) "I'm thankful I'm not you."

Are you sure you're not?

"Absolutely! I mean, you are you and I am me and, and, and... Oh shit, are we related?"

Nope. But it was fun to see you squirm.

"I hope you choke on a turkey bone."

Sure. Sure, whatever you say.

Isolation it seems, as some who notice would seem to
agree...

Lofty is not even near the distance above, below, and around
when dealing with a void so large

Leveraging the mind to comprehend and such folly leads to accept
lunar distance, how far to Mars, a galaxy of Milk
yet not even close until...

Comes the star
Simple true, bearing tails of beyond, and large

Lost in attraction, some seem
some say, ooh, ahh... such a scene

Inside, if one clawed their way in
exists another world so far yet so full of
dreams...

Inspirational headline: I Want To Make People Happy When They Look At Their Bodies, So I Try To Achieve That With My Tattoo Works

Aphelion is a site dedicated to writers/writing. This is good. Some sites cater to photography/drawings/painting. Each totally different.

"Oh, oh... Shitheads gonna get into babble mode again..."

Yep. Sure am parasite. At first I was inspired by the idea of becoming the first all-corgi dog sled team to enter the Alaskan Iditerod, but then saw the above headline.

Writers have been painting pictures in peoples minds from the very beginning of a written language. This picture is good or bad in every mind 'reading' the piece. As for the pictures, they also are so different in every mind, it would be amazing if any picture formed from reading would ever come close to what another mind sees.

"Come on idiot, get to the point. I got places to go, stuff to eat."

My point is condensed down to this. Writers write with words what no painter/artist could EVER dream of portraying to the mind. All artists can do, is expose a picture of absolute for those minds viewing such.

A final bit is this. People become happy for many reasons. Sadly, many are not happy with their own body, or bodies of others... Sad because every body no matter what...(not allowed)

There is more to a tattoo on a human body than feelings and emotions. Much more. People would be amazed to know what else comes from such art. So, thus the inspiration.

" So numbnuts. Your saw is possessed?"

Yep. For sure. Took it apart. Cleaned it. Put it all together. Banged on it with hammer and then a block of wood. It is crazy how it now works.

"Did you cut your hand off or maybe some other limb? Oh, if only you cut your head off!"

If I cut my head off, it just would grow two more, and then I could really give you crap parasite. Actually, let me see if it can cut you in two...

"Bzzz Bzzzz!"

"Hey. Hey, I was just kidding. You're a swell guy! A great person who... Ahhhhh!" (the saw cut into the parasite to the depth of just a scratch before the parasite fled to warmer climes. the blade was aiming to cut it in half but failed, proving the saw is indeed, possessed...) The parasite only needed a small band-aid and the saw performance today provided great inspiration.

I've written on this thread earlier many time touching on the topic of those who write getting what is called, 'writers block'. I've always wondered how that could feel but I've never even come close to understanding that.

Maybe if a writer only wrote about the sexual activity of a pine beetle in scientific terms, I suppose one would quickly run out of ideas on such a topic. But, for writing in general? Yikes! There is just too much to write about.

Take for example, what I just read on some of the news links I follow. First, the Russians discovered a preserved puppy in ice that is over 18,000 years old. The pics were excellent as is the inspiration. And then this is followed up by some rock carvings of two giraffes that are 6,000-8,000 years old and TALL. Both carvings are 18' and 21' feet tall.

How to combine the two? Guess it is worth a try.
***

Woof or ruff or grrr or whimper
Out on the plain the puppies play
Mother is hunting and not watching
Natures snares of hole and cliff

Cliffs of sheer wall, so tall, so inviting
Edge where puppies dare to peek
While in some areas are hot,
some are cold

His hands were cold as he chiseled the lines
This rock was hard but it also was
giving

Hammering a creature he admired and doing it well

Rocks are immobile and hold images 'forever'
even those creatures who dare to look over the edge
and fall.

If every human family 'owned' a corgi (translated: if a corgi tolerates the family) there would be no war or hatred. (true, a lot of 'owners' might need therapy).

I love corgi's! Or, to put it another way, dogs ARE mans best friend.

As such, with such a wonderful sunny warm day, inspirational. Especially after Radar returned from the vet after suffering an encounter with a pack rat scratching his eye. Pack rat lost a lot more though...

Names can be inspiring. It's fun to read all those many names listed after a movie is viewed. So many different ones it never gets boring.

Inspired by a name I've been familiar with for a long time, Boris Vallejo. Not only is his name interesting by itself, his artwork is definitely inspiring and worthy of forming some words.
